Viking Controls provides service support from the moment the control system is commissioned and throughout the useful life of the building. Viking Controls is committed to supporting the needs of the building facility personnel in controlling the heating and air conditioning systems by offering our Continuing Service Program (CSP) to all our customers. By becoming a CSP customer you are entitled to pre-scheduled seasonal inspections and fixed rate discounted pricing. Our CSP customers receive priority service when contacted for emergency service. The benefit for the customers is prompt and reliable service allowing you to focus on the other important functions in operating your building.
